Simple stretches for neck, upper back, shoulders and arms -Nathalie’s Vlog #10

This is the tenth vlog! I can’t believe how fast it goes! So in order to celebrate, I thought it would be nice to instead of spending some quality time with our minds, to spend some quality time with our bodies.
I do want to warn you that I am NOT a certified yoga instructor. Please do not perform these stretches if they cause you any pain or hurt you in any way.
However, as a musician, I do try to be very aware of my physical health and these stretches help me keep my body open and (more) relaxed. I hope these stretches do the same for you!
