Before I’m taking my summer break, I thought it would be a good time to talk about preventing injury. As musicians we are often practicing long hours in the same position and whether we like it or not, that is devastating for our bodies. So the major goal is to keep our blood flowing throughout the day in order to keep doing what we love doing. Here are three simple ways to do just that. I hope it serves you!
